Recommended daily doses 服用方法 :

Oil : 1 teaspoon (5ml) daily before breakfast for adult.
Capsule : 1-2 capsules before breakfast and 1-2 capsules before bedtime for adult.
魚肝油 : 成人每天早上空肚服用 一茶匙 (5毫升).
魚肝油丸 : 成人每天早上空肚服用 1-2 粒 及 晚上睡前服用 1-2 粒.
